To keep your information safe, we use the most secure and trusted platforms to handle sensitive data. All payments and verifications are processed through the third-party platform Stripe, which is integrated directly into evee's website.
What is Stripe and why do we use it?
Stripe is a third-party payment and identity verification system designed to minimise fraud and keep sensitive data safe and secure.
As a business operating exclusively online, Stripe is essential in improving our verification and authentication processes and increasing our customers' trust and sense of safety.
How does it work?
The verification process is fully hosted through Stripe. When verifying your details, you will be prompted to upload:
- A copy of your in-date Drivers Licence
- A live selfie

How long does it take?
The entire verification check is automated and you will receive your result immediately after completing the verification session.
Where does the information go?
The information collected is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe so we as an individual business don't manage the sensitive and personal information provided.
