Requesting a Cancellation
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to make the cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that hosts are adequately compensated for any losses resulting from a cancelled booking, whilst also ensuring that renters are not unfairly penalized.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible so that your host can make the vehicle available for other renters. Our hosts rely on the income from renting out their vehicles, and a last-minute cancellation can be very disruptive.
When cancelling a booking with evee, the following cancellation policy applies:
Bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to the start date of the rental period. | A full refund will be provided for the total amount paid. |
Bookings cancelled between 48-72 prior to the start date of the rental period. | A partial refund of 50% of the total booking cost will be provided. |
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start date of rental period. | No refund will be provided. |
Any refund entitlements will be processed within 3-7 business days of placing the cancellation, and any transaction fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.
