Arranging Delivery and Collection
Some of our hosts offer the convenience of delivering your booked vehicle right to your doorstep. To check if a host provides this service for their car listing, look for the 'Pick-Up & Return Location' section. If delivery is available, you'll see a 'Delivery Available' tag highlighted in green:
To select a delivery location, click on the 'Pick-Up & Return Location' field. A list of pre-selected delivery options offered by the host will be displayed including the delivery price for both drop-off and pick-up. You can also specify a delivery address within the host's delivery radius. The delivery cost will be displayed once you've selected your delivery option.
The Pick-Up and Drop-Off location must remain the same when arranging delivery. Picking Up from one address and dropping off at a different address is not supported within the platform, however this may be negotiated with your host directly after placing your booking.
If you have any specific delivery requests that you would like facilitated before placing your booking, you can reach out to evee's support team directly at support@evee.com.au.
When contacting us, please include the following details:
- A link to the car listing related to your request.
- Your desired pick-up and drop-off dates and times.
- The locations where you'd like the car delivered and collected.
- Any other details about your request.
Once we receive your request, we'll liaise with your host to confirm whether they can accommodate your request.
