Requesting a Change to Your Booking
If you wish to modify the duration of your confirmed booking, you can easily request a change directly from your evee account. Follow these simple steps:
- Sign in to your evee account and go to the Renting Homepage.
- Locate the booking you want to modify and click on it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Support" section, then select "Change Booking."
- Choose the new dates and times you desire for the updated booking. Additionally, you can include a message to your host explaining the reason for the change.
Once you submit the request, your host will receive a notification regarding the proposed change and will have 24 hours to accept or decline it.
For short-notice booking changes, please contact your host directly with the specific dates and times you wish to update your booking to. If the host can accommodate the change, they will contact evee's Support Team to obtain manual authorisation for the booking adjustments.
Reasons Why You May Not Be Able to Request a Change to Your Booking:
There are certain instances where requesting a booking change may not be possible. These situations include:
- Overlapping Dates and Times: If the proposed changes overlap with another confirmed booking, you may not be able to request the modification.
- Blocked Out Dates: If the host has already blocked out the dates and times you selected in their calendar, you may not be able to request a change.
- Completed Booking: Once a booking has been completed, the option to request changes is no longer available.
If you find that you cannot request a booking change, please contact your host to discuss the possibility of accommodating your request. If the host can facilitate the desired changes, they can then reach out to evee directly to facilitate the process on your behalf.
