Itβs natural for a vehicle to experience some wear and tear over time due to regular use. The information below is designed to help you distinguish between what is considered normal wear and tear and what constitutes significant damage that would warrant renter liability. If youβre uncertain, our evee support team is here to assist you. For damage to be considered claimable, it must have occurred during a single incident rather than accumulating over multiple uses or bookings.
