Communicating Directly with Your Host:
In order to contact your host directly, you must first send a booking request through the evee platform. Once your booking request has been sent, you can reach out to your host using the chat function available by clicking on your booking in the rental dashboard.
Once your booking request is approved by the host, their contact number will be made available in the booking confirmation email, enabling further direct communication.
Getting in Touch with a Host Before Booking:
You can't message a host unless you've sent a booking request. But if you have questions about the host's car or need to ask them something specific, you can ask us for help. Just email our support team at support@evee.com.au with your question. We'll contact the host for you and get the information you need.
