Sharing Your Feedback - Leaving a Review
Upon completing your rental, you'll receive a follow-up email inviting you to rate your experience with your host. Your feedback is invaluable as it contributes to the growth of your host's listing. We strongly encourage you to leave a review to let your host know about your experience.
Likewise, your host will also have the opportunity to leave a review based on their experience with you as a renter.
Your review will not be visible or published until your host has also rated their experience with you. Once both parties have written their reviews, they will be published on your profile and the host's listing.
Once a review has been published, it cannot be edited or changed. However, if you've made an accidental mistake and wish to request an update for your review, please reach out to our support team at support@evee.com.au referencing your host's name and the booking dates in your email, and our team will look into this request for you.
