What Happens If My Hosts Cancels a Booking?
If your host cancels your booking, you will receive a complete refund to the payment method on file. The refund process typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Once you receive a cancellation notification, you have the option to immediately re-book with another host to secure your chosen dates. If you encounter any difficulties during the re-booking process, feel free to contact us at support@evee.com.au for assistance.
Please be aware that if a host asks you to cancel the booking, it's important to advise them to handle the cancellation directly through their account. Canceling the booking as a renter may result in a cancellation fee.
Short Notice Cancellations:
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we can help you find a suitable replacement listing promptly. Our team can contact other hosts to check their availability and facilitate your booking request faster.
